Yin concentrates focus on the fascia, connective tissue, and bones. Each posture is designed to free-up tension from deep within, providing greater joint mobility, increased range of motion, increased circulation, restoration of the lymphatic system, overall balance & stress-reduction throughout the entire nervous system.

By honouring the 'yin' aspect of our nature, we take time to be nurtured and to realise the balance between giving and receiving, Yang and Yin. In the stillness there is space and in the space truth flows.

Spending 3-5 minutes within each pose allows space to explore the subtler dimensions of energy and our ability to illuminate areas of imbalance, which is crucial for healing.

The subtle work of Yin Yoga goes straight to the core & generates well-being on all levels. Yin postures becomes a time of inner reflection, meditation, & peace.

The nervous system is calmed, the mind stilled, the heart opened - in this state the body returns to its natural healthy rhythm.

Please note: Spaces are limited and need to be booked in advance. Class passes cannot be used for workshop series’, and we ask that you do not drop-in for a single, unbooked class. This is to ensure I know how many are attending, so I can provide a high level of attention and support.
